I am a big fan of Lila Downs so I would have expected to like the show. The sound, as usual in almost any venue, could have been improved but overall it was okay. The best part of this show was the open floor in front of the stage. BB's cleared out all the tables in the front section and sold it as general admission. It wasn't overly crowded so you could still stand back and enjoy the music while rocking out to every song. If you wanted to get up close and personal, you had the opportunity to do so. A major advantage and definitely recommended. I'm not sure how often they do this, but it was much better than sitting on your hands or trying to see over someone's head in front of you.
